Tom arrived on time at my parents home to do a checkup on their 65 year old gas furnace. He was polite, knowledgeable and comprehensive as he looked at all of the furnace components. He did not try to sell things we did not need. A few parts were needed to improve performance and he left leaving me, their son, with the feeling that the furnace was safe to use. I wish this family business had a Columbus Ohio location. I would highly recommend Hearn Plumbing and Heating to anyone in need of the services they provide.
