I dropped my car off and around 11:45 I still had no call back, so I callled them and told them that I needed my car done and the guy informed me they didn't even start on it yet but he would make it work

Scott then started yelled at me in front of everyone saying "next time you better tell me that you need your car done by 12:30" I stated I told the guy over the phone and he said "no, you tell me. Cause we are busy and didn't have time for this today. You need to tell us and no just spring it on us!!"

My family as well as extended family has been giving this place business for years. We have four vehicles in our house alone. So now because they were too stubborn to replace two tires, they have lost thousands of dollars of our business.

He told me that the flat tires passed their inspection. I insisted that I wanted two replacements because I simply did not feel comfortable with those tires. At this point he became rude and defensive, telling me in a childish manner that it "wasn't their fault." So I was forced to keep the tires that had sat flat for two days.

So I go to pick it up at 12:30 and they tried charging me 90 dollars, I explained it for as a front end only and the man (Scott) started telling me that they did both because my back one was a little off. I told him that it wasn't I only asked for the front, the guy started hugging and puffing and went and asked what they did and they said it only a front end.

I place a call the day after Thanksgiving. Tell an employee named John what happened. I told him that no matter what was wrong, I obviously wanted two replacement tires as they had been sitting flat for over two days. They send a tow truck and take a look at the tires. John was not particularly nice at this point, but he also wasn't rude. All good.

I have been going to Northridge for about ten years, always great service and a fair price. The staff ALWAYS treats me like family. When I need Auto Work, Northridge is the place I go. P.S. I live in Ashtabula.

I've had work done on my Jeep a couple of times in the past year at Northridge Auto, and have had oil changes done there too. In fact, I'm going later today for an oil change. They are always very courteous and pleasant and the work is done in a reasonable amount of time. The waiting area is comfortable and I usually take a book and just settle in till my Jeep is finished. I'm glad to have found a good, reliable, trustworthy place to take my Jeep.

I would just like to make perfectly clear how poorly these people deal with customer issues. I spent nearly $700 on 4 new Blizzak tires for my 2014 Nissan. When I picked up my car I noticed the low tire pressure indicator was on for two of my tires. Figured they were just resetting - didn't think anything of it. I drove home only to find a few hours later that two of my tires were completely flat, the day before Thanksgiving no less. Needless to say I was pretty upset.

The manner in which this situation was handled by multiple employees, but especially John, was nothing short of embarrassing. They had no respect for our business nor did they sincerely apologize. They obviously care more about the dollars than their customers.

I called yesterday and made an appointment for 9am for an alignment. I told the guy (Mike) on the phone that I needed a front end alignment only and that I needed my car done by 12:30 because I had to work at one. He was super nice and told me it would for sure be done by then.

I get a call back from John claiming there was an issue with the seals on my car causing the tires to go flat. Mind you that in 3 years I have never had an issue with any of my tires going flat. When I told him this he didn't have an explanation.

I've been going to Northridge for over 10 years now. They are always courteous and professional, and I always feel like I'm getting a fair price. I haven't had to have anything major repaired on my current car (just oil changes, wheel balances, and routine stuff), but with my previous car they always told me up front what was wrong and how much it would cost. Repairs were always done on time and within budget. They even drove me home when the car had to stay overnight. I won't go anywhere else.
